  晋城5月30日电 (范丽芳 牛丽琼)近日,山西晋城一名56岁女性患者在医疗团队协助下,接受了3D打印定制假体植入,顺利完成肘关节单髁置换术。

  一年前,该患者不慎摔倒,导致肱骨外侧髁粉碎性骨折,手术后一年,出现骨不愈合、肘关节疼痛、外翻畸形、功能障碍等。

  近日,患者就诊于晋城大医院关节外科。经检查,其肘关节外侧髁吸收,骨缺损严重,已无法进行常规的翻修手术。

  该院关节外科主任刘乐泉介绍,肘关节是人体的重要关节之一,中老年肱骨髁骨折多采用切开复位植骨内固定术来治疗,但部分患者有骨折不愈合及接骨板断裂的情况,严重影响肘关节功能,致残率高,“我们决定改变手术方式。”

  医疗团队与患者及其家属进行病情分析和沟通,决定选择人工关节置换手术。该手术通过个性化3D打印,量身定制肱骨远端部分假体,置换出骨不连、骨质缺损较为严重的肱骨外髁。

  刘乐泉说,3D打印技术能够制造一个与原肱骨关节面大小和形状完全匹配的金属肱骨外侧稞,实现更自然的“仿生”重建。

  术前,医生根据患者健侧形态反复测算,重建患侧结构,量身制作了肘关节单髁假体:骨接触面做骨小梁3D打印以便于远期愈合,延伸三孔板用于早期固定,外侧髁留过线孔用于重建外侧副韧带及关节囊。

  经过1个小时手术,关节外科团队完成截骨、安装试模、调整张力、安装假体等工作,成功实施“肘关节单髁假体置换术”。术中测试关节稳定,术后透视显示关节假体位置精准。

  如今,患者肘关节功能得到较大改善,肘关节外翻畸形得以纠正,可在一定范围内灵活活动。医生介绍,在持续康复锻炼后,患者将逐渐恢复基本生活自理能力。(完)
